Below is our proposal on how to operate;
1) Before Sales
We have one of the largest “unique” portfolio in the region. Our company was established in 2005 as the first propessional property management company in the region. Today we are proud to manage over 19 residential complexes looking after some 1400 individual client's properties. This has given us a great leverage in order to broaden our portfolio with first hand advantageous prices with good margins. Over the years, we have been providing the local estate agents good value properties that they can add their profits and still sell on market values. In the recent years, our strgategy has been to expand our partnership with respectable companies overseas. As well as powerful second hand property portfolio presence, we have agreements with all reputable. Construction companies in the region in order to provide a wide range of products for every kind of clients.

Website : Our daily updated website is very comprehensive and informative about Turkey, our region, buying procedure, living costs etc as well as the Properties for sale.
Publication: We currently have catalogs in Russian, English, German, and Persian, and open to publish further material if needed.
- Publishing Information on your own website
We have technological background for the purpose of sharing the properties for sale on your own website in XML format. This way you do not have the burden of keeping your website up to date with new properties come on the market as well as new information available

2) Sale Process
- Inspection Tour
(*)You can offer your client “Free” Inspection Tour for up to 4 guests for a maximum of 4 days.
(*) This offer includes accommodation, Airport transfers, and realestate tours. The value of this service is 400 EUR. This price is paid by client upon arrival, if the sale is achieved will be refunded.
- Airport Meet and Greet Transfers
We meet your clients at the Airport, transfer them in our private vehicles to their accommodation safely. For high profile clients we can also provide VIP transfers in private VIP minibuses.
We provide accommodation on usually 2 bedroom fully furnished apartments close to the sea with pools. This way the clients can have a glimpse of what it would be like if they buy a property giving them an insight. In some cases, the clients can be accommodated in Hotels too depending on the requirements. However this is not the preferred method as they can be distracted by other agents or factors in Hotels.
- Show Around
Further to information given by yourself, we arrange a meeting with the client in our luxury office, find out more about the client budget, and requirements. We then prepare a set of suitable properties, and do showaround accompanied by the same language speaking member of sale staff. We make sure that the member of staff accompanying the client is fully equipped with all the information needed, and always try to keep this process short and client focused.
Once desired property is chosen, we draw contracts with the client detailing every aspects of the sale, property, and payments. Our company guarantees the conditions written on the contract for the client and fulfills all its obligations fully. Once complete, you will be provided with a copy of the signed contracts
Our dedicated mortgage adviser will find the most suitable mortgage for your client and undertake all applications on clients behalf. Today Turkish bank give mortgage to almost all countries except Syria and Israel citizens. This process will be handled by us with the least hassle for your client.
- Legal Advise
We already provide a general information and conduct business according to Turkish law, however the clients can choose to obtain independent solicitor advice at an additional cost.
- Transfer of Deeds
No sale is complete until the ownership is transferred after the conditions on the contract are met. We provide this service free of charge and provide the client with Title Deeds (Tapu) certificate for the bought Property.
- Commission Share Payment
As soon as the title deeds are transferred, the agreed amount of commission is transferred to partner account immediately.
